- "Signpost" is a commercial web site promotional service offered by Connect Internet Solutions Ltd., Liverpool Digital, 1st Floor Faraday House, Edge Lane, Liverpool L7 9NW, England.
- "Signpost" does NOT accept submission requests for sites containing adult-orientated material, or sites encouraging illegal activity or racism. Please do not submit them.
- "Signpost" will use all reasonable endeavours, on payment of the appropriate fee, to successfully submit your URL to the promotional resources (appropriate to your site) as identified on the "Signpost" web site. "Signpost" cannot guarantee that your URL will be added to a promotional resource's database. That is entirely at the discretion of the individual promotional resource.
- Title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the "Signpost" service (Service) shall remain in Connect Internet Solutions Ltd. The Service is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed though the Service is the property of the applicable content owner and WILL be protected by applicable law. Use of the Service gives you no rights to such content.
- Connect Internet Solutions Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any unsolicited e-mail traffic you may receive as a result of using the Service. See our privacy policy.
- This agreement will remain in effect for as long as Connect Internet Solutions Ltd. make the Service available unless the agreement is terminated earlier due to breach of its terms. There is no rebate for early termination. Initial use of the service constitutes substantial value. The agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CONNECT INTERNET SOLUTIONS LTD. BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT CONNECT RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR USING THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CONNECT SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
- Use of the Service implies acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
